Simply Delicate Maids takes pride in delivering professional and dependable cleaning services for every client. Because our work is a service that requires time, labor, and supplies, payments for cleaning services are non-refundable once a cleaning has been completed. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction after services have been performed. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will gladly return to re-clean any specific areas of concern reported within 24 hours of the initial service.

 

All booking payments, deposits, and prepaid services are non-refundable once a cleaning appointment is confirmed. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to provide property access at the time of service, will result in a service fee equal to the scheduled cleaning cost.

If Simply Delicate Maids must cancel or reschedule due to weather, staff emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full service credit for future use. Refunds for duplicate payments or billing errors will be reviewed and processed within five to seven business days.
