All cleaning services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition of the property, requested services, and scheduling. Simply Delicate Maids reserves the right to refuse service to any property that presents safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, or other issues that may pose a risk to our cleaning staff.
Prices for services are provided based on the information given at the time of booking and may be adjusted after an in-person evaluation if the property condition differs from the description provided. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before service begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through approved methods listed on our booking platform or as agreed upon in writing.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team arrives at a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property, the client may be charged a service call fee.

Simply Delicate Maids is insured, and our cleaning professionals are trained to handle your property with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are not securely attached. Any claims or complaints regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment so that we may address them promptly.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed to reflect changes in our policies, pricing, or business operations. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
